At CedarPlanters, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your planter isn't the perfect fit for your garden, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the product and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
